P. Kanagasabapathi is a professor of management, working as the Director, Tamil Nadu Institute of Urban Studies, Coimbatore. After obtaining doctorate as a UGC Research Fellow, he was associated with capital markets for a few years and later headed a cooperative bank as its president.
His interests include the functioning Indian models and he has been involved in conducting studies on different aspects of the economy, society and business in different centres for more than ten years. He writes in Tamil and English.
